Multiaxial laminate structure designed to achieve a powerful level of dewatering, uniform pressure, and extended service life
This is a multiaxial laminated felt that shifts the phase of two or more base fabrics and has excellent resistance to compaction while maintaining sustained water permeability. This felt improves dewatering in high-dehydration position and extends its lifespan. The multi-layered laminated structure expands the range of design options to meet customer’s needs.
Nip dewatering type with better break-in time
This nonwoven felt, with densely arranged warp and weft yarns, has no knuckles, outstanding sheet smoothness, and superior nip dewatering properties. Also, single or double base fabrics can be combined in the top layer, depending on the requirements.
Hybrid type with excellent thickness retention
This felt, made by densely arranging weft yarns on the top layer of a single woven base fabric, has exceptional nip dewatering and surface smoothness as well as dimensional stability.
Hybrid type for high-dehydration position
This felt is made by densely arranging weft yarns on the top layer of a double-layer base fabric. In addition to nip dewatering properties, it has excellent water permeability and compaction resistance.
