Fractional shares (less than 100 shares) can be sold through a buyback request. This request can be processed through your securities company and the Japan Securities Depository Center, and is handled by the Stock Transfer Agency Division of the shareholder registry administrator. We send a convocation notice and voting form to shareholders registered in the shareholder registry as of the record date (March 31 for the ordinary general meeting). You can exercise your voting rights by either:

2. Returning the voting form by mail with your indicated approvals or disapprovals.
