To deliver high-quality products, we have introduced a quality management system called QMS that all departments are involved in.
To always deliver high-quality and stable products that satisfy our customers, Ichikawa has introduced quality management systems (QMSs) in all divisions, with the participation of all employees. In March 2003, We have also obtained ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management, for all of our products. Under the detailed quality standards that we have established, we are working to stabilize and improve quality to meet our customers’ needs. We continuously utilize these standards for ongoing product improvements.
